Impact evaluation of Integrated Tribal Development Projects in Aralam and Poothady tribal areas

The project was funded by NABARD during the year 2023, and analyzed the impact of TDF in promoting sustainable participatory livelihood, which aims at economic upliftment through agriculture, social empowerment, and quality of life in Aralam Phase I. Under the project, the impact of the project in strengthening people’s institutions like Village Planning Committees, Village Panchayat, MNREGA beneficiary committees etc., and the participation of the beneficiaries in local self-governance were studied. On completion of the study, modifications in the scheme to make the interventions more impactful and effective were suggested.
