Evaluation of Decentralised Governance Literacy in Kerala (2023)

Experience of decentralised governance at the three tiers of governance was analysed under the study by looking into the award-winning District, Block, and Grama Panchayats in the state to unearth the enabling conditions and factors for successful decentralization. As a part of this, activities of Trivandrum District Panchayat, Mukhathala Block Panchayat, and Uzhamalakkal Grama Panchayat were documented and analysed, and students became a part of the activities of the local self-governments
